AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE CHRISTIAN CHARITY
SERVICE
The Aims and Objects for which the Christian Charity Service is
established are:
- To
help and give aid to the people who need help on account of catastrophes
or extreme poverty or physical illness or mental illness or parentless
irrespective of nationality, race. Caste, religion and political
affiliation.
- To
receive and treat the persons suffering from illness or mental
defectiveness or to receive and treat persons during convalescence or of
persons requiring medical attention or rehabilitation existing solely
for philanthropic purposes and not for purposes of profit.

To establish, run and maintain educational institutions both
Technical and Computer Education for Orphans, students who need
help on account of catastrophes or extreme poverty, or parentless
irrespective of nationality, race. Caste, religion and political
affiliation.

To involve in religious activities

To organize and set up institutes to teach classical and modern
languages

To establish orphanage, old aged homes, schools, colleges,
hospitals
- To
conduct seminars, workshops, conferences etc.
- The
work of the Christian Charity Service shall be conducted primarily in
Tamil Nadu but in various other states of India as well. The activities
of the Christian Charity Service shall be confined to India only.
- To
pay for any rights of property acquired by the Christian Charity Service
and to remunerate any person, firm or any body corporate rendering
service to the Christian Charity Service and also to pay wages,
salaries, other sums to any person in recognition of service rendered to
the Christian Charity Service.
- To
subscribe, give donations and to financially or otherwise aid any other
society or Trust which having similar object and borrow and raise loans
from individual, association, society, Trust, non-profit company or
banks for the furtherance of the objects of the Christian Charity
Service.
- To
open branches of the Christian Charity Service at any place in India
- To
provide residential accommodation on either free of cost or for
consideration and to educate, train and assist financially or otherwise
in the educational training of teachers, social workers, staff,
students, orphans and other personnel for the purpose of the Christian
Charity Service.
- It
is prohibited to apply the income or profit which arise in the promotion
of the objects of the Christian Charity Service to their Trustees in the
form of dividends or distribution of income or profit. None of the
activities of the Christian Charity Service shall result in any profit.
The activities of the Christian Charity Service shall be purely of
charitable nature.
- The
funds of the Christian Charity Service shall not be used for any purpose
other than the objects of the Christian Charity Service. The income of
the Christian Charity Service shall not be distributed among the
trustees by way of dividend or any other person mentioned in Section (1)
of the income tax Act 1961.
